It definitely does work It’s mediocre for the sleep but does take away the pain for a bit I had some ear pain and could not fall asleep at all with the pain being so severe so I brought the advil and it took away the pain for approximately 3-4 hours

Girl I’m terrible with sleep aids I’ve tried them all even cannabis gummy’s they all say take one, that works for a minute following by 2,or 3 🤦🏽‍♀️ I hope this one works by taking just 1. It’s terrible not being able to sleep at night sometimes I just want to cry 😭 so many people say do this do that. I’ve done it all it’s been over 25 years with this insomnia even had doctor prescription like I said works for a while took one then two. I don’t know hope this works.🤞🏾thanks

I went though a sleep study a few years ago. I was diagnosed with onset and sleep maintenance insomnia a few years back. For me, trazodone and melatonin combined works really well for my sleep problems.

If you are really having trouble to sleep, not just sometimes but everyday let me tell you these won’t work, the only thing that kinda work and keep in mind kind of, would be ambien, but my doctor won’t let me have it anymore but yeah these won’t work.
